unavailable logs? what does it mean?

All code not found imeis goes to "Unavailable Logs" Main reason for code not found is

Wrong imei submitted.
Wrong operator or country selected.
Code not in database.
Imei barred or blacklisted on database.

Credits goes back to your account when code not found.
You can submit again if you make error in first place by correcting errors. If you did not made errors in first time than very less chances of getting code again.
