i have been purcase $50 in 27 -7-12
invoice #20670
till today 1 8 12 no update balance to my account,

i have mail admin 4 times, no answer
i have chat with custemer service, please wait......

and finaly i cancel 3 unlock optus australia , my customer no more wait

so please refound my money

i look for more respon server
