Yes it is supported but not in Tmobile usa, but Sidekick by imei. Required 42 credits and take 5-14 Days time for code.

As i dont recieve any request for Sidekick Pv250 (Sidekick 4) So i cant say 100% sure.But most probably code can be get as we get codes from direct source.
