Wrong code nokia - GSM-Forum

Hi

I did order 2 unlock codes for 2 Nokia under movistar spain service,

The first code did unlock the first nokia with no problem, but the other one is a wrong code, not accepted by nokia

order id 388608 Success Movistar Spain (Any Model Except iPhone) 358258042453425 543049258643135 In Process

I asked for verification, but it's still In process for 6 or 7 days now.

when I put #pw+543049258643135+7# I get Code error

where is gsmfather support?

it may be counter blocked in phone, try to reset counter via atf and send code via usb.
