Wrong Code Recieved - GSM-Forum

i've submitted one IMEI for T-Mobile Dash on 19/03/08 and recieved a code on 20/03/08 but the code against the IMEI is wrong. here i'm attaching the picture of the client software, so kindly check it with your supplier and help me ASAP.

Hard reset it once and try and post result please.

How to hard reset?

1.Turn the handheld off.

2.hold the two soft keys (the dashes to the left and right of the phone buttons) hold the power button for 1-2 seconds and then release the soft keys.

3.It should prompt you to clear storage. The “send” button is considered as the green phone button.

This procedure is very time sensivity. you must try again and again till you succeed to hard reset.
