Delays with Job Vodafone BB5 Spain

Hi, I have 3 days delay with job 358064015170560. Its service OK?...My client has started impatient. Can you check this?

Hi Aminos, thanks for answering, then take ten days after the 18 (Job answer in 3 November) that is tomorrow 28 November or ten days after I posted? because it is a pretty big delay.

I have another job apart from Movistar BB5 who also goes late.

Hello again, in principle only need these 5 codes, as they already have bb5king. The problem is that this customer is a bit paranoid with the release by BB5king, even though I have not explained why he comes into that will not lose the guarantee, so what of the codes. If on the other hand, if you assured me that the wait did not happen in 10 days or give me a date, would prefer to wait before stopping work, but if you cant secure a date with any of the codes, so if you would say to cancel the work.

Today I receive three emails with the answer there is no code available. I've seen on the server that is not available the service, I lose a customer and 120 €
