Server issue? - GSM-Forum

Have bought a credit for Dejans TRK unlocker. Every time I attempt unlock , it says the server is down for maintenance-pkey server area.It has been like this for 3 hours , even though it says try in a few minutes.This is a problem with customers waiting for their phones . When will the server be operational again , and is this delay common?

Would be easier to get the answers if this site wasn't so frustratingly slow, and the only other support I could access was in German!!
