3g 4.0.1 stuck on apple logo - GSM-Forum

got iphone 3g, 4.0.1 firmware, jailbroken and saved shsh on umbrella. the phone has stuck on apple logo when booting. when i try to restore it with umbrella, custom firware i always get errors on itunes. any idea?
