3G wifi & bluetooth not working! - GSM-Forum

I've found today a 3g with custom 4.1, but its wifi and blutooth not working. I've reinstalled 4.1 custom & even 4.1 original but not succeeded,
Any help if anybody can?

reset network settings or flash it again if that doesnt help its hardware

reheat wireless lan and bluetooth transmission module
