is there any solution to restore 3gs 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 bcoz when i switch it off then on it again phone goes in recovery mode then i have to use blackrain to activate

if i upgrade my phone it will update to 4.0 and there is no solution to unlock is there any trick to restore to 3.1.3

Save ShSh on Saurik Server and try with iTunes&iReb method,but have same error on thiss method,so wait for any tutorials from Rizwan or Dev-Team to solve thiss bugs.
