3gs 4.2.1 baseband 06.15 canot possible?any way to unlock it - GSM-Forum

I have iphone 3gs 4.2.1 base band 06.15,
1.jailbreak not possible this time only teared jailbreak. ''<i dont want tetred jailbreak>''

2.and i try to downgrade via tiny umberla but canot save the shsh,every time am downgrading but this 3gs not saving shshs.

3.now i put custom firmwere then i connect to 91pc suite for putting ultrasnow via pc suite <because this 3gs not jailbraked,no have cydia> after installing the pandadeamon its hanging on apple logo only
4.i try also after custom firmwere 4.2.1, without wifi unlocker ''.bat'' file also but not succes <invalid sim>
any solution to unlock this condition ?3gs 4.2.1 <custom firmwere>????????

Only tethered exists at the moment, await dev to release an untethered exploit.
