Hello,

With Software method you have to update baseband to ipad baseband (6.15) in order to unlock .

As you asked above safe method to unlock 3gs without loseing baseband tht is factory unlock .

Choice is yours.

I want to downgrade but am afraid of loseing wifi and imei
