3GS after h 4.2.1 freeze on apple logo

Hello I'm not sure but I think my phone 3GS is with new boot and after update to 4.2.1 (without save SHSH) show me insert incorect sim, but now the big problem come after trying to jailbreak with redsn0w_win_0.9.6b5. Now after ticked - install cydia + flash baseband stuck in apple logo and nothing more.
I try to restore again with custom firmware or just to update but always show me - error 3194 and some problem.
Is it some problem from computer or phone is totally damaged?
I replace "hosts" file and some problem.
It's detail from this file and the end I add this ip

74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com

but again some problem

3194 Means That U cant Downgrade Firmware So in My Case U would Use Ireb.. then Use Custom Firmware...

Yes Now I trying and install 4.2.1 custom firmware and show me insert sim 10x for help but how to jailbreak 3GS v4.2.1 with new boot maybe?
Is possible to do it or must to downgrade to 4.1 again with custom firmware?

Hey what ever you do dont try to downgrade to 4.1 custom firmware cause you will be in a constant dfu loop and its a stress to get out off I have a 3gs and it hates downgrading to 4.1.

Thanck you bro. Now I know my phone is 100% with new bootloader and i can't downgrade to 4.1 for 4.2.1 official jailbreak not working because always when try to restart phone must to connect to redsn0w and to tick - Just boot tether right now.
I hope tomorrow to show us new method for jailbreak because I can't use my f**** fone normally.

Well I have a solution that is posted to get this back up and running if you got yourself in a consant restore loop of dfu loop check out my latest post thanks
