3gs auto goes in dfu mode after 5 or 10 mint or after power off - GSM-Forum

i have received iphone 3gs in phone disable
upgrade to 4.3.3 original baseband 6.15
after jailbreak and unlock phone working fine
but after 5 or 10 minutes phone automatic goes in dfu mode
and when you power off phone normely phone too goes in dfu mode
and then i tethered again its alive and works fine
please some one help me . for back to normal
