Don´t update with ipad baseband, surely your phone will die, all the phones(3gs) that was made after week 27 year 2011 are not unlockable with redsn0w and ultrasn0w.

Be careful !!

down grade to 4.2.1 and use redsn0w and update baseband 6.15
