3Gs boot 6.15 No Service after upgrade to ios5.0

This phone came as 4.2.1 and i updated it to ios5.0, but after jailbreak, its not getting service.
I had done another 3Gs ok, but this one is giving me problems.

I also restore with Sn0wbreeze ipsw and unlock, yet no network.

Ideas pls

Sometimes after update you have to redo the baseband files.

downgrade to 4.1
1.use sn0wbreeze_iPhone 3GS-4.1
2.restore with iTunes
3.then use redsn0w_win_0.9.6b6
install cydia let the procedure finish
4. now go to iPhone folders
iPhone/var/root/media/cydia
put the file mobilesubstrate_0.9.3367-1_iphoneos-arm.deb and ultrasn0w.deb
restart your iphone
enjoy ur iphone

Is Apple still signing 4.1 ?
Anyway, I dont have 4.1 firmware, only 4.3.4 oldest
