3gs call failed every time(but incoming ok and full network) change sim card no result.Here is solution............
go to setting > general > Date&time > turn off "set automatically" and manually set your time zone, restart your Iphone. Then go to setting > Phone > make sure the "show my caller ID" thing is on. That's everything

2 things Only.
1. Some Providers dont allow Pay as you go Customers to Hide ID.You will NEVER make outgoing calls if your ID is Hidden.You must set it SHOW or SET BY NETWORK.Some Networks like Telecel doesnt let you go Hidden if you are on Prepaid.

2.When 3G is set on and you are on a lower 3g NETWORK coverage,you can miss incoming and outgoing calls.

In this case point 1 IS More the case.

check caller id & or use reliance gsm sim 100%
