3GS Factory Unlock - GSM-Forum

I have 3GS model MC132B (16GB White), how can I find out if its factory unlocked or not.

insert a sim without jailbreaking it.It should get signal if factory unlocked.Also if the baseband is above 05.13.04 and not 06.15.00 with sim is activated then it is factory unlocked.
