I have iphone 3gs with full network sometime but unable to make or recieve call most time. Sometimes no service, already upgrade/downgrade but same problem. Only make and receive call sometime

I think you have Software Problems Brother!
Try Update Phone.

if its factory unlocked then try to update with original ipsw & latest once to update
