3GS old boot with 3.1.3 JB spirit and custom FW ios 4 - GSM-Forum

Hi to all expert
I have a 3GS/32 old boot rom FW 3.1.3 has been JB and unlocked using spirit my question is Can I upgrade to Custom FW 4.0 and JB
Please shed me some info.
