how to untheter 3gs 4.2.1 base 6.15?

Just use redsn0w_win_0.9.6rc14 and 4.2.1 firmware or if you want, use GreenPois0n as well.

using redsn0w rc9 install cydia from redsn0w
then your iphone is untethered jailbreak
enjoy

using ultrasn0w you can unlock your phone for any carrier
