get a Android Pad instead, the cheapest u can find is around $100 USD ....

now there are patching kernel files soon u will get u can run Windows 8 or Andriod with IOS

currently andriod is available for only Iphone 3G

No,you can't install android on your ipad
Apple device need iBoot a closed-source bootloader for all iOS devices,for iDroid the hackers replace this iBoot with an open-source called OpeniBoot.
Currently the following devices are supported by OpeniBoot
iPhone,iPhone 3G,iPod Touch 1st Generation.
At this moment you can't install iDroid on your iPad because OpeniBoot has not been ported yet on this device.
Here is all unsupported devices for OpeniBoot
iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPad2, iPad, iPod Touch 2G/3G/4G
