4s no service - GSM-Forum

i have 4s 16gb locked on rogers canada, i used 4 different types of gevey sims but after searching it shows NO SERVICE but in carrrier when i manually search it display all the networks when i chose mine it again went on searching and then NO SERVICE , its running 5.1.1 and firmware is 2.0.12 and model MD237C
need help urgent thanks

Is ti factory unlocked?

nop as i mentioned its LOCKED
