I have a 4S with passcode. How can I read soft version to restore it.

open iTunes, phone enter dfu mode & click restore button

i hv a same problem with jailbroken iphone 3gs .. LOCKED FOR 21 Million Minutes
scared to update 6.1 Bcoz not sure whtr it can be jailbrakn 6.1 or not .. Any Solutions??

you enter dfu mode & hold Shift button & click restore select ios 4.1

use GECKO and will give your passcode in 20-30min

iPhone 4S have a A5 chip

You can't read passcode or bypass with gecko iPhone toolkit.

You have to clean restore it to IOS 6.0.1

celltrics have an iphone 3gs.... and gecko toolkit is working with 3gs!
