4s stuck on recovery ..tried restore but in the end when waiting for iphone show apple logo with white line on iphone display, but failed to reboot with error 9 , sometimes error 4005 & 4013

alreay change charging ribbon,battery,cable,also try with other pc, try restore without lcd

but same

It is NAND Error. Most probably.

but in google error 9 relate to usb issue

Try to write 9 beta version

Nand or baseband error, you can't do much besides replace that component.

i rehot wifi ic
remove q3i and make jumper
change battery
change charging dock
tried on different computers

when i restore the iphone 4s

after extracting the software and verifying etc, set will reboot and show apple logo with updating line

it take long time even an hour with no error

but when i disconnect manually it show an unlnown error 9

Problem is in flash controller. Mild hot flash ic (sandisk) and try flash..should work

one more thing this phone have issue in connecting

i try to restore without lcd /without housing

change dock / cable / battery but same error 4013
