Is any one Can help me to solve this problem....
I'm trying this to activate from a week and again and again same error...

1st check your phone is factory unlock or not ????

Wifi is working or not ?

if wifi is not working then downgrade ur phone if u have shsh blobs then update via itunes dont restore only update option
