4S: Weird Activation Problem. Not iCloud Related. (VIDEO) Please help - GSM-Forum

I am having a weird problem with this 4S.

It is locked to Fido Canada. After restore it activates with the Fido sim card, but later it asks for activation again and it keeps getting the "Cannot Activate" error. It works fine without a sim card but when you put a simcard in, it asks for Activation and that Activation fails.

Please see the video.

Its not blacklisted or activation locked.

Anyway to fix this?

U need to unlock with r sim. Its like gevey sim'n extended chip which goes inside with sim
