i buy a new iphone from a guys so when i do restore after he ask me an id for activation i don't know the id and password i called the owner *******r he said don't know it !! now what i can do ? no solution on server or something like that ?

that is icloud lock bro ,,,,you need to make unlock after that you can use not before

Then get IMEI and HW from one fresh unlocked phone and put them on your's...
It's not so hard to change miei...relax
