After downgrading 4s ios7 to 6.1.3 backup not restore

5 days ago i update ios7. but there i found many bug.so back to 6.1.3
now i try to restoe backup but itune say [ios too old can't restore]

so how to restore my back up to my 4s?//:confused:

There's no way to restore backup of current version of ios to older versions.
If you you haven't deleted the old backup prior to ios7 beta then restore from that old backup.

i have also backup when it was 6.1.3 on my another laptop.

Yes surely. It should as long as its not of ios 7 beta.

Reset the phone again and backup your stuff from iCloud. They will list an old, and compatible backup when you select that option.

my update ios 7 and restore 6.1.4 for iphone 5 lost all pictures meassage maybe cant back all mesagess and pictures beck i have back up last monthly put back bet no picture no mesages cant help ?
