did u use snowbreeze to preserve ur unlockable baseband??

4.11 but it was factory unlocked ... i didnt use gevey ..

Try to get an acceptable Sim card from original operator with service and try it out. Also flash to stock iOS 5.0.1 without jb.

Do it again and will be ok.
Flash original 5.0.1 and let the phone start (do all the procedure to start to use your iphone).
Now jailbreak with redsnow and you will have network.
Don't know why but with factory unlocked iphones happen this issue .

baseband privention is for unlock matter
if yours all ready fectory unlock ,you can update direct via itune(no need cfw)
after restore jailebreack and connect to itunes for active
and that's it
done

u have to do this with every f-unlock phone to privent no service issues

The problem is simple.
When jailbreak takes place through redsnow the ios is hacktivated for phones which are not factory unlocked i.e which are gevey or used with any carrier authorised sim.

so then two options

1. First activate factory unlocked phone with any sim ( connect to itunes and insert any sim). Follow all steps and reach springboard. Then JAILBREAK

2. Jailbreak first, then add repo
repo.bingner.com.
Install SAM
Then deactivate and revert to lockdown stock

then insert sim and connect to itunes for activation.

FOR GEVEY just jailbreak and then use gevey sim to unlock. But also remember to use SAM to activate the phone officially for better notifcations and push messages.

i wasn't using gevey before updating

LOok

1 - flash phone with orignal firmware

2 - active phone with sim card which working in your country

3 - open redsnow and jailbreak you phone

4 - open cydia

hello all member i have iphone 4 with modem firmware 2.10.04 and it was running on 4.1 but customer gives me for phone is disabled problem so i have just update to 5.0.1 with latest redsnow by making custom firmware(NO BB), i also saved shsh,

restore is success than done jailbreak with latest redsnow now phone not giving signal with gevey sim i tried 3 gevey but problem stil same "no signal"

again

presently iphone 4 running on ios 5.0.1 and modem firmware 2.10.04 can any body help me on this?
