I HAVE IPHONE 3G 4.0.1 I UNLOCKD BUT AFTER UNLOCKED NOT COMING SIGNAL

hello guy, i notice some thing on my iphone . i think ultrasn0w 1.1-1 is the problem of our no service......when i uninstall the ultrasn0w 1.1-1 and reinstall it back, it show "Could not activate cellular data network.....is there any way to get the old ultrasn0w 1.0-1?
