Hi, can any one tell me witch carrier is i have tested ( vodafone and llamaya lebara)

if this phone is not activated before with sim inside it it can't be found by using Ipic after even using he credit it will only tell u the country name only and said network not found else u ask for the network sim lock it will cost 4 Euro to check the status of the lock network

and i think it will be movistar spain
