That means the factory unlock is not successful , you will have to wait or contact the provider (code supplier) .

you can always try updating? but this sometimes wont work , so i dnt recommend

You obviously used a network finder service to get that information. Unfortunately, the network finder service will only work 100% if the phone has been activated. It would seem that your never has. We definitely know its a Spanish phone, now you will need to find out the carrier (the only way to do this is to try and activate it with the correct sim), you have a choce of 3 spanish networks that carry iphones (orange es, vodafone es & movistar es).
All these networks can be Factory Unlocked so you are definately in luck.

Take a look at Fone-Tek, Mobile Phone Unlocking Server for prices etc.

I am not sure if 'Itools Beta 2011' will be able to tell you the carrier if it hasnt been activated, but it might be worth a go.
