Iphone 4 restore failed again and again

I have tried another with the newest itunes pc but failed

please help

Clean your host file and make sure using 7.1.2 for iphone4.

Firmware is 7.1.2 but

Every time same result, it happens almost last period (restoring90%-99%)

But when I connect with pc/charger; it shows connect to iTunes "
