I sent an email to Swisscom and they asked for the IMEI number, I sent it and they said they can only unlock after 2 years from the date the iPhone 4 was sold. That means after May 2nd 2013 for me :D You can check your iPhone's date with Apple.com (One year before warranty expiration) : https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do Swisscom does it for free but you must be sure your iPhone 4 is not reported lost/stolen |
