Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this phone


I reset my phone but it now won't let me reactivate it. I am the original owner on this phone so I know that my Apple ID is the only one. I have logged in to icloud and verified my Apple ID name and password are correct.

I even connected to iTunes to try and activate my phone and I keep getting the same error on the screen. That my Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this phone. I have attached a screenshot to show the error I am getting. The iPhone that the error says the phone is linked to is the one I am trying to use! Help!

Have you tried to remove iPhone from iCloud account by logging in to www.icloud.com?

Are you sure about correct Apple ID info? May be you once more ID...
Seems like your ID is correct but not paired with this particular device, so system says "This ID can't...."

bro it is correct apple id

if i try wrong apple id show this message incorrect apple id or password

but show my phone this message Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this phone

sometimes this happen if you installed someone else's backup. So didn't you restore it and check, or did you change your primary mail for some reason ..

Go to i cloud.com and see what are the linked phones. If you don't see your phone there. its obvious that your phone does not have any connection with your mail , who knows in 9.3.1 some new bug 've come up..And always remember to turn off FMI before restore..
* did you go to iforgot.apple.com and reset at the fist place.
* did you restore it again and check
* do you have any backups which made with this phone recently
* did you use any icloud remove service

Already i am reset password and try unlock iphone icloud still same
restore phone same problem
not have backup file

If you 100% sure that everything is in order include your I cloud id, I'm afraid you have to wait for next update or there maybe a chance to downgrade they still might signing 9.3 so pls check.

One of my friend same issue. If you owner of this phone and you have a bill then mail to apple care with bill and photo proof id card. My friend face same issue send bill copy photo proof id card and 48 hours his problem is solve from apple care
