apple iphone cdma problem - GSM-Forum

hi

i got one iphone4 cdma locked from verizon. i got registered the meid and sucessfully transfer reliance number through hcc (handset change card).but after 20-25 days customer again comes to me with the problem of no incoming/outgoing. number is still active as per reliance record. as when i call to that number it is showing switched off..also cant make any call except *228. also tried to tranfer another mdn but no success. need help from cdma gurus to find where is the problem.

I have seen this problem for many other reliance connection at my place and I guess it mostly happens to new connections....

The MDN that you transferred using HCC was a old or new one

it was new number..and i check in local reliance office that it is still in active state.

brother it can show as active state but many times due to documentation issue or if order fulfillment is not done the outgoing and incoming calls are barred....i have seen many connections like this and I suggest my customers to visit local reliance web world and most of the time its solved.

Try it once it may work for you too.
