Member: 347146 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 7 | Apple performing slow unlock job these days??? For example one Sunrise confirmation I received on 31 december that my IMEI will be unlocked by Apple, but Apple still today at 06 january has not performed the unlock process to that IMEI Otherwise, when working normally, Apple would unlock in less than 2 days all IMEIs sent from Sunrise. Can somebody provide me an Apple unlock department phone number to ask them or give any idea? Maybe email sent from Sunrise to Apple got caught at Spam folder and Apple didn't see it at all?? |

Apple has nothing to do with the unlock process. They provide all providers with own tool to access their locked database...! so ..problem is not apple But sunrise... |
