Recently, some users who connected their iPhone to iTunes, got the error messages that the software update server could not be contacted. It led to expectations that the IOS 4.2 may finally be released, but never emerged. Despite the updates released for software developers and many rumors of issuance of Wi-Fi, Apple has until the end of the month to respond to the November release of IOS 4.2, promised in September.
