i got a friend working in att unlocking for as cheap as 26$ i am not scamming just for people looking for an unlocker

This iphone maybe lost on the way Apple send to customer who buy online,
then need info for activation,
look for friend or any have AT&T contract, try wit his/her sim
maybe work, not sure
last time I do for customer 4g only with custom IOS

forget think person work for AT&T or Apple, don't pay for that, they can't do any

when Apple send out iPhone , customer complain not recieved, that IMEI was be locked, can't activation,
No one can activation it, even working for AT&T or Apple, because that IMEI out of apple system, untill that iPhone return to Apple for refurblish,
Don't pay for activate it
Try if you can or you know somewhere have custom's IOS

did you manage to fix this problem yet, on of my *******rs has the same problem, i am trying to help him

i have 4s with same problem, it's ask for billing zip code and last 4 digits for social security number
I ask my customer, he tell me that he buy it from store in USA, and this iPhone is never used before,
seemed that this iPhone not activated for first time with the original buyer
After i unlock this iPhone, it's passed the activate sim card step, but then it's ask about that info,
Is there any way to pass this step?
Can anybody here help me to get this info from this iPhone contract? please contact me
