AU KDDI iPhone 4s to use with USA Carrier - GSM-Forum

Hello,

In recent light of the 6.1 jailbreak, what are my options so I can use my AU KDDI iPhone 4S (CDMA) with USA carriers? I know that I can purchase a SIM card with T-mobile (which is GSM).

I haven't done any modifications on the phone itself. No jailbreak, no usage of third-party sim cards, etc.

I guess you can't do that. The iPhone 4S CDMA is only CDMA. Otherwise, the iPhone 5 CDMA is CDMA + GSM.
