Please update your version to avoid error.
This is only patch to 1.7
So you need version of 1.6.2 to use this patch.
If you dont have, first download 1.6.0 here zSHARE - Jailbroken Quick Tool 1.6.0.rar - Free File Hosting Service | Audio and Video Sharing | Image Uploading | Web storage
Then download 1.6.2 patch here Patch_1.6.1.rar

This version fixed server issue even server is down or even without internet connection.
Fixed Live Support powered by chatango
Added Jailbreak Guide and Information offline with update button
i'm working on recovery exit maybe next update.

no it can be used after jailbreaking..many features here so better to download it then you will know..
