broken screen


i got a client that claims that the screen that i fixed stoped working just like that
can this be possible?
this is no Fractions on the glass..
here is the screen pic

is possible ... but probably he seat on the phone or droped down... take the phone and disconect display connector and reconect it again it may solve ur problem if the screeen is not faulty. if no working u have to manage ur problem whit ur customer and replace the LCD

i have already did it!
its realy difficult descision.. to give her a free screen or to charge her...

my advice is to try to get somthing out of it ... tell her u can change but she/he have to pay 50% from the real price wich she/he pay for first LCD

how long she/he use the LCD wich u replace ?

if there is no physical damage, i would of replace it at no charge.
and then return bad part to supplier
