can i restore iphone4 at 6.0 now?


hi,i have a problem of no service with iphone4 at 6.1.3,now i need to know at which version i can restored back to check the no service?
can i restored it at 6.0 or 6.1.2?

Do you think 6.1.2 or 6.0 has something special that can help you ?
Restore again to 6.1.3 via DFU and you'll get clear result .
Answ is no, you can't (but if you have SHSH from these firmwares it will be possible)

i am not completely sure about that after downgrade firmware it can be helpful with signal issue,

but it is just an option to check that after read many forums for fixing the signal searching issue in iphone4,

i also try to restore it 6.1.3 with dfu mode then i post here,

searching to fix this issue now.
