Sure you can.

Use spirit to jailbreack it, then instal ultrasnow from cydia to unlock it.

actually for the "5.14..."baseband , it is not possible right now! I think in 2 days unlock will be available just after releasing the official 4.2 firmware!

he had already saved shsh for 3.1.3 thats all..he jsut downgrade the ios 4.1 to 3.1.3simple..but u know whatever u downgrade but baseband cannot be downgrade..simple..
