hello m8...can i unlock iphone4 v4.2.1 baseband 03.10.01...or the only option to unlock it is.....i must use gavey card or parmanent unlock by network provider ???

It depends on how much you are ready to pay, if you want cheap unlock go for gevey pro sim. if operator code means only some network operators are supporting unlock for iphone4.

that means.....no any iphone even any version that supported by jailbreak/unlock right now....
