This method work with v4.1 but I have v3.1.3. How to upgrade to v4.1?

sorry you will need wifi

cause when you jailbreak with spirit in 3.1.3 , your iphone will need AFC2add from cydia to connect with unlock patch over PC.

unlock will connect with your iphone only if you install AFC2add over cydia using WIFI


the hard way:-

update your phone to IOS4 then jailbreak with Redsn0w (it's install AFC2add) then unlock with Ultrasn0w offline unlock Patch.....

If u have an laptop and wired internet acces u can do it by making virtual wifi router
