i have iphone 3gs restored with 4.1 modem 05.14 but jailbroking with redsn0w but can t install ipad baseband

What is the problem bro? Try to update to 4.2.1 , then try to install baseband.
If again have problem I will tell you what tool to use and custom firmware to jailbreak and unlock your phone.

there is no need to update to 4.2.1 he just need to use reds0w to install the baseband 6.15

after that he needs to JB and unlock it with ultras0w from cydia

If I remember correctly, you need an active line to the internet whilst you do the Redsn0w iPad baseband install.

I think Redsn0w directly downloads it whilst you're doing the jailbreak.

@ toufiksaadi: Make sure you have internet whilst you do the jailbreak.
