CAN Unlock iPhone 4,OS 4.3.3

I HAVE RCEIVE iPhone 4 STUCK IN SKULL APPLE LOGO I WANT TO FLASH IT WITH OS 4.3.3 CUS I DONT KNOW HIM OERIGINAL VERSION
AND I DONT NOW IF WOS LOCKED OR NOT I NEED SOME HELP

u cant update to 4.3.3 because it's sign closed by apple but which version do u have if u'r iphone is factory unlocked u can use any sim if not u can unlock ( factory unlock ) or with gevey sim

first i dont know my os version for my iphone i buy it like that with greensn0w software skull in the screen )))) the ihone is stuck in skull scren ))))

dear frnd my question is why u bought problem mobile first ? why u didn't ask the guy who sold the phone to u that which version and it is factory unlock or not and what he did that the phone is stuck in boot with third party logo on it ????? pay him but dont pay him that means check the mobile properly if u come to know that u can recover that phone then pay him :;(just few queries raised in my top floor!!!!!!! don't take it personnel).

cant flash it with 4.3.3 ! only solution for you. Flash it with 4.3.5. If it restored succesfully then use any microsim, if the iphone is activated then it is Unlocked. If iTunes says this sim is not supported, it means the iphone is Locked to a certain provider. Then u have 2 choices:
* Get the original carrier simcard and activate
* hacktivate with the newest redsn0w (point it to 4.3.4)! but you are iphone will be tethered.
When the iphone is activated then you can use a gevey card to use it!
You have to be fast.....cause probably ios5 is coming next week and the gevey solution is then out of question!

Restor with itune give me error 3194 with os 4.3.3 what os can i download to my iphone

now the phone stuck in recovery mode

just restore with 4.3.5 all will be ok

sloved by restor 4.3.5

use windows, go to start->run-> %appdata%
Open "Apple Computer", Open "iTunes", check if there is a folder named "Device Support".
If the folder exists, delete any contents inside, if the folder does not exist create it. Make sure you empty the recycle bin.

but now i havn the small sim to try a sim and itune told me to activat the simcard i have no adea how it done eny advice from the good freind

if ur phone is factory unlock than insert invalid sim & conect with itune
if not factory unlock than use orinal sim which provider iphone have
if both are not than jailbreak with redsn0w but it will be tethered after jailbreaking
