If I were you I wouldn't flash it with 06.15 BB as it looks like replaced 8GB 3GS from 2012.

this is not safe to flash in ipod baseband. because this iphone 3GS is made on week 21 of year 2012.

only way to know for sure is opening up the iphone and check the BB chip!

EE - Could have old or new bootrom but IS compatible with iPad BB(If it has a new bootrom and it's an EE then you more than likely have a refurbished model but is compatible with iPad BB.)

EF & EH - Will have new bootrom and IS NOT compatible with iPad BB, do not flash iPad BB
